Recycling Collection points for Pool Inflatables

PLOYS gladly accepts your punctured or discarded pool inflatables, rubber boats, broken umbrella’s or shower curtains. We happily transform these into unique bags and purses, as you can see on the collection page. You can donate your punctured PVC either through one of our collection points or you can post these to us.

Please consider the state of the inflatables before donating, we can unfortunately not use mouldy, perished or stained material. Umbrella fabric can best be removed from its frame before donating.

Ploys - creative concepts in disguise operates through a circular loop, formed by collecting recyclable PVC materials and transforming these into new durable bags and purses. Following our passion of reducing waste and plastic pollution 💚♻️ All material is sourced locally and reintroduced into society locally - meaning we are proudly Australian owned and operated.

Most inflatable pools are made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and are not accepted at most recycling facilities. You can tell by the recycling number 3 on the material that it’s difficult to recycle. However we at PLOYS recycle PVC into unique bags and purses.
